Maggie Taylor Art Exhibition
Exhibition of beautiful paintings by local artist
January 3rd – January 30th 2019
From January 3rd, Shenstone library will be hosting a brilliant exhibition showcasing the excellent works of local artist, Maggie Taylor.
We’re delighted to hosting this exhibition at our art gallery which sits in our brand new Coffee Shop.
Shenstone Library is always keen to support and promote the exposure of local artists both professional, and amateur. Which is why we’re so pleased to have this fantastic collection of art.
Maggie Taylor discovered her love for art as first as a trainee teacher and then subsequently throughout her teaching career in th Birmingham area. Having now moved away from teaching Maggie has been able to focus on her own artwork. Developing a bold style through various media and using the local countryside and cities as inspiration Maggie has been working on a series of commissions and is now delighted to be hosting her first exhibition at Shenstone Library. All the artwork will be on sale including a range of greetings cards.
The exhibition will open on 3rd January and will enhance the library gallery walls and be a pleasure to visit and enjoy the phenomenal work of these local artists.
So please drop in, borrow a book, enjoy a coffee and view the exhibition.
